I had a classic restored 64 1/2 mustang that needed to be moved from SC to AR. There were a few issues with communications after the order was taken and down payment paid. The carrier was suppose to call me within 24 hours, I ended up calling Specialty Mobile a few times to try and find out what was going on. Let me point out I had to call a few times. The car pick up window was Friday-Monday, I was leaving at 5am on Tuesday and told them it had to be picked up on Monday at the latest, when we did the original setup. After I kept calling them, the guy who was going to pick up my car up called me back. He was told to pick it up anytime on Tuesday. I told him no it had to be picked up by Monday night, that I was leaving Tuesday morning at 5am. He rushed from GA and was able to pick my car up around 7:30 on Monday night. After my stress level when down, and my car went up the road I was ok. The guy who picked up my car was great, very caring, and new what he was doing(something like blue angels was the company name). My car was delivered on the right day, no damage and I was really happy that I tipped him, even though a few days earlier I could have killed someone. Overall I was happy, there was just some communication issues between the broker and the pickup driver. I would use my PICKUP driver again.
