I was very unhappy with my experience. The driver called me at 10:30PM changing the day and time of my pick up, the night before he was supposed to pick it up. During this phone call he was was rude, and suggested that I call "my boyfriend" to handle the situation.
After re-doing my schedule to accommodate him- he was still late. On the day that he was supposed to pick up my car, he did not call me when he said he would, nor did respond to my multiple phone calls. When he finally called me back he told me to "quit bothering him."
When he finally came to pick up my car, he expressed frustration at not being able to load my car due to the narrow streets in downtown Boston. Not only was picking up the car in downtown Boston, HIS idea, but he asked me how I should get the car on his truck!!
The driver was rude, ignorant, and difficult to work with. This was a horrible experience. In fact I will have to move my car in the near future, and will definitely NEVER use this company ever again.
