Review:I have received quotes from 10 different companies and Phoenix Auto Transport offered me the lowest rate. I decided to use this company after reading many good reviews about it's agents especially Kathy Grant but my quote was already generated by another agent, Jim Lane. I called Kathy to ask her to take over my contract, but she explained that Jim would provide the same service. However, first problem I noticed was Jim never answered my phone call directly, and I normally didn't hear back from him until I contacted him again. There was a delay from a truck driver, but Jim never contacted me with any updates. Basically I had to chase the delivery and be directly in contact with the truck driver the whole time. I finally received my car after a long wait, still think the only job that Jim did was to introduce me to the truck driver. I wouldn't complain too much since the rate was pretty low compared to other company, but I strongly encourage you to contact Kathy first if you want to have a smooth transaction.
