I shipped my vehicle from largo,Fl to Buffalo, NY and first I was contacted that my vehicle would be picked up on a Friday, I was never contacted from the driver until late Saturday evening that it would be picked up sometime Sunday.Vehicle was picked up Sunday evening and driver said that it would be there on 9/15. That was great because I really didn't need it there until the 16th. When I was in New York I called the dispatch and the vehicle still was not there on the 16th I called 3 times the last time I called they said that it probably would not be there until the next day which was the 17th. That was one stipulation I had before I even placed the order that it had to be there no later than the 16th. I called dispatch on the 17th and they said that it is there and if I wanted to pick it up I can but I had no one to take me to the company plus I had paid for door to door service. It was not delivered until 5:00 that evening . Since it was late I had to borrow someones car and pay them for using it and also put gas in that vehicle that I shouldn't have since I should of had my own there on the 16th. I know things happen but the service I was not happy with. I called the company and he said that he would see if he can give me back at least the money that I had to pay to use someone vehicle and he would call me back. Of course I never receive a call back. I am very unhappy with the customer service that I received.

Pursuant to the terms and conditions on the website. Delivery dates are NEVER guaranteed or promised. Common sense would tell you that, there are way to many factors which may cause a hard working truck driver a delay for whatever reason. This customer was notified of the minor ( one day ) delay in her delivery.
As such, Absolute Auto Carriers NEVER compensates anyone for their reviews.
