Subject: Vehicle Transport
Review:We used Autogo to ship a 2004 VW Convertible. This car was my baby and in like new condition. The car was picked up on a Wednesday and we were told it would be delivered Friday the same week or latest Saturday. The car did not arrive that week nor the week after. No one from Autogo nor the transport company called to inform us that the carrier had broken down and they would not be able to honor their delivery date. In fact, when we called to find out where the car was we were given the run around and told to call the carrier ourselves. My husband informed Autogo that, that was their responsibility since our contract was with them. Autogo's customer service is severely lacking. After a string of belligerant phone calls and false promises of delivery the car finally arrived two weeks late and DAMAGED! Again, there was no support from Autogo. It is now up to us to get two estimates, contact the carrier ourselves and make arrangements to have the car repaired. We will never, ever use this company again.
