First time shipper; nervous about the process, etc. To make things doubly challenging I had my Explorer full of heavy furniture; many shippers that charged upwards of $750 turned me down because of the furniture. Richard took the time to walk me through how the process works and told me that, yes, it was possible to ship with furniture inside; the only potential downsides were additional charges due to government-imposed weight fines but that those would only happen if the carrier itself was full of other heavy vehicles, also the furniture would not be insured (the Explorer itself had $50K of insurance with no deductible). In the end my Explorer got there no problem with the furniture inside and *no* surcharges! All in all Richard was the lowest bid I received and I couldn't be happier. Richard is the 'real' thing; he's honest and trustworthy and delivers. I would definitely use him again.
