I had tried a different hauler who did not follow through. They promised a pick up on Aug. 21, and the driver would contact me. Aug. 21 came and went. No driver no call from ANYONE. This happened on Aug. 22. Despite calls and emails no one from the company called me. So I called 360, partly because I lived in Waco and trusted someone from Woodway, TX. They said they would get me picked up in a day, or two at the latest. I was picked up in about 24 hours. The driver who picked up the vehicle was very conscientitous, and concerned.

I would say that 360 is the BEST. I cannot imagine anyone having trouble that was not resolved by Pete. As for the other company I canceled and thanks to Pete found out how to get my deposit back. In fact the old company asked me to withdraw my review of them, if they gave me my refund. I will withdraw it just because I promised them, but those are the kind of companies that are out there. Good luck.
