After reading hundreds of reveiws on auto transport services, many of which were unflattering, I decided the best transport service to be 360 TRANSPORT, LLC. I called their number on a Sunday afternoon and after hearing their assuring message to return calls shortly after, I left my message. Later that afternoon I received a call from Pete. I informed him of my need to have the vehicle picked up in Florida no later than the coming Wednesday.
He calmly assured me he would call me before noon the next day, Monday. Pete called me Monday morning to inform me he had secured the only open space on a carrier and all I needed to do was to go to my email and fill-out the contract form. Five minutes after making the deposit online, the carrier company called me to informed me the carrier would be arriving at my home the next day, Tuesday, in the afternoon. On Tuesday, they called to inform me the carrier had left Orlando, Florida and would be arriving shortly at my home. The carrier arrived at my sub-division in Ocala, Florida, at 1:45 PM. After loading the vehicle, the driver informed me the vehicle would be in Houston the afternoon of the following day, Wednesday. This caught me completely by surprise because I was leaving on Thursday for Houston to receive the vehicle. The driver asked me to call anyone I knew in Houston and change the address to their address. I made the change. The following day, Wednesday, my friend called me and informed me the vehicle was deliverd to his home, in Houston, at 12:30 PM.
Even with an address change, the vechicle was delivered within 24 hours, unscratched, clean, before the estimated delivery time AND AT NO ADDITIONAL COST.
DO NOT WAISTE YOUR TIME CHECKING OTHER CARRIERS, 360 TRANSPORT, LLC SHOULD BE YOUR ONLY CHOICE.
