Subject:Damage
Review:Our brand new vehicle arrived Damaged. When first contacted denied any knowledge of damage. Later acknowledged seeing a document showing damage. Don't seem to care. Damage was just under 12,000. Very frustrating! We have received no compensation and have had to use personal insurance to cover damage.

See the note on the other claims... we are partners with CN Rail.. The CP Rail Agent J Simons of Vancouver BC. Does not pay his claims as you can see in this claim. Clients must read the terms and Conditions, as we do have insurance in relationship with our interline Carriers, such as J Simons, a CP Rail Agent. We as well clearly have it stated in the terms and Conditions must have there own Insurance on the vehicle being shipped, for situations like this where an interline carrier refuses to pay for there mistakes.
