| Vehicle Damaged |
After waiting almost two weeks for pickup, my car was finally loaded and delivered to South Carolina filthy and damaged. I have made several calls to my shipper about the damage, but my calls are not returned and all I get is their voice mail system. I was promised my sales person that if the car was damaged the claims service would be seamless, but so far it is non-existent. I would NOT recommend this company to move anything of value.

| The original driver we had scheduled for this transport had problems and was unable to make the pick up. When we were notified, we informed the customer and dispatched a new driver within contractual time limitations. When the vehicle was picked up, it was released dirty and with the damage pre-existing. The damage was noted on the bill of laden by the driver and acknowledged by the pick up contact as well as by the customer upon delivery via both signatures on the bill of laden. When the damage was brought to our company's attention, we looked into the claim. Email, phone, and fax correspondence was exchanged between our company, the driver, and the customer. With the signed bill of laden notating the damage as pre-existing, our company and the driver were released of any liability, as stated on the bill of laden. |
