Subject: FRAUD
Review:DONT USE THIS CARRIER IF YOU VALUE YOUR CAR and VALUE YOUR CHECKING ACCOUNT. Here we go, I signed a written contact with the company to transport my vehicle from CA to MA. When I signed the agreement I agreed to pay them $250 deposit to be charged to my credit card. Upon receipt of my order, the company over charged my account $850 dollars which wiped out my checking account and left a negative balance (-) of $150 dollars. I called and emailed the company and no person are available to answer the phone call to date. A representative from Countrywide responded to my emailed and said they would credit my card and did not apologize. To date, I am out of $1000 due to their negligence and breach of contact. DONT USE THIS CARRIER IF YOU VALUE YOUR CAR and MONEY. They do not act in good faith and are very unprofessional
