Review:

I was new to the auto transport business and initially went with another company. When that company failed to pick up my car after 10 days (Direct Express), I became desperate and contacted Letty at Monstar. She talked to me after hours and explained the entire process to me. The next morning I cancelled my order with Direct Express ( who never answered my email requests for updates and who also never provided a status over the phone) and started over with Monstar. Within 1 hour, Letty had called and told me she had a driver!!! The driver picked up my car the next day and it went very smoothly. They were able to deliver the car to my son two days later! He informed me that it went very smoothly and that the drivers were professional. The total time it took to get my car from Northern Utah to Nashville TN was three days!!! I loved the personal help and being able to talk to the same person each time. The price was honest and fair. If I need to transport a car I would only use Monstar!!!!
