I was trying to get my wife's car moved from Arizona to North Carolina. I found Blue Knight online and decided to go through them. That was the worst mistake I could have ever made. Before I had even signed the contract they had already taken my money out of my account. The scedualed pick up date was July 6. I left for NC with my wife, leaving the car in a good friends care. On the 6th of July there was no call saying that the car was being picked up so I called and they said they had problems with the truck and it would be picked up in a couple days. A couple days came and went and I called them back and they said the same thing. My wife was talking to them one time and they were so rude to her that she started crying. It turns out that she had asked to talk to the manager "John" and she was herased by the operator and John. I got on the phone with him and he started to be rude to me aswell. I managed to be able to keep my cool long enought to get off the phone with him. He said that they are trying to get a truck that way so that they could pick up the car. That never happened and on the 23rd I had to send a fax saying that I didn't want their service anymore and that I was wanting my full refund. Of cource I am still waiting on the first refund check to come in. Which brings me to my other problem with this company. I decided to check my bank account and they had taken another $790 out of my account without my authority. I informed them of this and they said that they would send a check for the second payment and that it was a accedent. I have already started talking to the attorneys here in NC and they have given me a few numbers to call in NY. I have also informed the military legal about the actions of this company.

Stay away from this company they will still your money and they are the rudist people I have ever delt with.
