Hi,
This is Joe Iko. I had my corvette transported from Dallas To New Jersey on 6-26-09. I can only say I am upset with the service. Yes I did get the car on Saturday but I paid for door to door and I had to travel 15 miles to pick up the car on the New Jersey Turnpike rest area.. The car had scratches on the drivers side and to top it off there was antifreeze on the right rear on the finish. I saw nothing but cars that were smashed up on this carrier ( so I know where the antifreeze came from ). It cost me 200.00 to have the car detailed and scratches removed (on the outside only) I know this car did not look like this since I was in Dallas on 6-24-09 to view it. If I knew this is the way the car would have came to me I would have drove it home myself instead of taking the plane ride home. By the way I didn't even get any paperwork from the transporters. I hope you will consider a partial refund since I had to put out extra money to correct the vehicles finish.BTW I had to pay $15.00 to get the car off the New Jersey Turnpike because I did not have A ticket from where the car got on a paid roadway.

I spoke to the driver. It appears like nothing happened to the car in the transport aside from getting fluid from other vehicle. Which unfortunately cannot be controlled whether if the cars were old or new or salvaged, As well as any other road dirt on the car which will incur on any open carrier compare to enclosed one.

That kind of fluid doesn’t affect the car at all it will come off at any car wash.

About driving 15 miles (which is not much and sometimes necessary due to truck access) to meet the driver unfortunately you agreed to that and didn’t let us know before doing that and we can’t change that now.
