| Beware!! |
First off, if you need a truck transported out of california, call either AAA anytime oor transport services.They would've been able to get my vehiicle picked up 2-3 days after I called them. Unfortunately I was stuck in a 14 day contract. I should have known better to go with a company that states their "higher standards because of their CHRISTIAN values" but none the less I decided to go with them becuase the company was based in my state and to give them a chance. My first conversastion, Christy said things were moving quickly in and out of California, secondly I would have my vehicle picked up in 7 days..Day 5-6 still no carrier and no known information of when pick-up would be. Day 13, we called and they said, "It ususally doesn't take this long so we think it's because it's a truck and they don't want to pick it up" So now we're waiting for the 14th day to be over with so we can cancel without losing our deposit. Morning of the 14th day, guess what they now have a carrier, BUT, they won't pick it up unless we pay an extra $125.00 and it will be there in 5 days. Now, if you're held to a higher standard you would expect they just be honest with you and let you go with another carrier but, no. I was assigned with G auto transport and I had already heard bad reviews on this transporting company so i Prayed that nothing would happen to the vehicle. Of course, you can barely understand them and it was a day late. He was also trying to get another 25.00 from me. Unfortunately our tail light is broken, we need to get a new radiator, don't know whose fault that is and found out the vehicle had an extra 40 miles on it. Needless to say we're still wating for someone to call us back about our claim..This has been a horrible experience for us. I hope that other good and honest people don't have to go through what we went through..i'll be waiting for your excuses agape..good luck jw!

| We appreciate that you would use us again. We take all reviews very serious and thank you for taking the time to post for us. We informed Mr Myha Ngo that his Toyota Tundra Crew Cab would take a bit to get scheduled at the Rockbottom Rate. The average pickup window is 1-7days with that shipping option but we gave him the option of going with our guaranteed pickup option which guarantees pickup in 1-3 days. This shipping option is recommended for customers that are on a time crunch to get the vehicle moved. Mr Ngo turned that option down, knowing that his vehicle was probably not going to fall in the 1-7day estimated pickup for the Rockbottom rate. We are very honest with every customer and make the best recommendations we can for their situation. When time did become a factor for Mr Ngo he decided to upgrade to the 1-3day guaranteed pickup for the $125 more. Mr Ngo has not notified Agape of any damage, maybe he notified the carrier. We will be calling him to find out what the damage claims are. Thank you Mr Ngo for your review. |
