Auto Transporters Online contacted us promptly with our quote and were ready to answer any questions we had. We were very pleased from start to finish. They dispatched UTF Transport -(owner and operator Urban Tebbe) a company they use in our area. Auto Transporters Online only dispatch companies who they can verify are insured and bonded with an excellent record. The communication with us throughout the process with UTF Transport was very reassuring as we were shipping a brand new car to our son in the Marine Corps. We had shipped a vehicle before with another company so we had some experience to compare to. We would not hesitate to use this company again should the need arise as they were very professional and prompt. We had contacted 4 companies for quotes and only had a response from 2 of them! I would like to add that I first researched on the Better Business Bureau website to only use companies that were registered with them and had exceptional ratings as did this company. Vehicle arrived a day ahead of schedule and in excellent condition! We are happy customers!
