Okay, so in the end Ronnie found me a truck.

So my conclusion is that its okay to work with Regal and Ronnie to get your car shipped. Just be prepared for a couple of days delay and plan ahead accordingly. A friend of mine had his car shipped through Ronnie recently and everything went smooth for him.

I am not giving a glowing review here because this was not really smooth for me. In the end I am paying about $100 more than the initial quote. I also lost $250 because I had to cancel my flight and book a new one.

A few suggestions for Ronnie (and things that really annoyed me). Hopefully this serves as constructive criticism -

1. Please listen to your customer more. You are going on and on about how the drivers are giving you a hard time, your family and so on. Really, i dont want to know. I hired you so you can deal with the drivers and so i dont have to worry about all that.

2. If you cant keep a date, give a date range. Dont make promises you cant keep.

Overall I think Ronnie is a good hard working guy. A bit more professionalism would go a long way.
