| CUSTOMER SERVICE IS FAR FROM "SERVICE" |
Think twice before using AAA Anytime INC. I paid for my shipment via cashiers check well before the vehicle was picked up at orgin. At destination, AAA's contracted driver collected another $1000 from the shop owner where the vehicle was delivered saying the delivery was "COD". I admit the Shop owner never should have paid and left me to try and reslove the issue with AAA Anytime INC's Customer Service Department. The $1000 charge turned out to be erroneous and the $1000 check was later returned to the shop, however, when I called AAA's customer service line to discuss the issue, which at that point was unresolved, I spoke to very arrogant and rude rep named Peter who hung up on me after a couple of pointed questions. I mean, a $1000 is allot of money to me. When I called back, I suspected I had Peter on the line once again but he denied it was him. After 20 minutes of talking over me, continuing his rude and arrogant behavior, I admit that I had had quite enough and was a bit rude myself and I got hung up on again. My point here? I don't know the exact history of this company but I highly value customer service and if you do as well, you may want to think long and hard about using them because, if something does go wrong with your shipment, ultimately, you could end up talking with Sir Peter who will be much more interested in pointing out how you screwed up than fixing your problem. He even tried to tell me at one point that I needed to call the tow truck driver and reslove the issue. "It isn't AAA you have tha problem with, it's the towing company". I signed my contract with AAA Anytime Inc, not "the towing company".

Mr. Bartlett, Your statements are untruthful. The C.O.D.on the contract is $1,000. That must be paid on delivery. The truck drivers have every right to ask for a Cashier Check on delivery. As per the contract you signed we do not accept a personal or company check on delivery. Please remove this false review immediately.
