Subject: Damaged Cars
Review:Cars did not get returned to me as scheduled. I e-mailed Ray and he would not discuss with me, told me to contact the driver even through my only contact with scheduling was with Ray. The truck that transported my cars was in old and in bad condition. When my car was delivered to me the driver informed me there was a car on the truck which was damaged when he went over a bump in the road. He told me my cars were fine. They were very dirty (they were perfectly clean when I gave the cars to them) so scratches were not noticeable at the time of delivery to me. The next day I had the cars detailed and there are severe scratches and two dents on the roof of one of my cars. Both of my cars had a bad smell when returned to me. These were both new cars and now they smell like old greasy/oily cars. Ray will not give me their insurance information or discuss further with me. I will not use them again.
