I booked this company well in advance (2 weeks) before and it was picked up after 10days of the 1st pick-up date.Before that I need to call the company many a times repeatedly and I was fedup at one point time.I wish they contact the customer promptly if there are delays and update the status rather than the customers approaching them.I got my car after many days (within their 14 days window!) in good condition.

With customer service as our main goal, we strive to keep in constant communication with all of our customers throughout the moving process. This specific customer was transporting her car from a remote area in Pennsylvania that was not at all close to any major routes. When we received word from the drivers that the pick up would take a little longer than expected, our customer service team immediately contacted Sri to inform her of the delay and even offered to refund her payment if she decided to make other arrangements. Sri requested that we continue with the order and so we did. The vehicle was picked up shortly there after and delivered in a timely manner.
