I hired this company with the platinum plan. I was guaranteed that the vehicle would be picked up within 5 days. At that time everything seemed good. I waited, and the vehicle was not picked up. I called a day after the contract was supposed to have ended, and they insisted that I still had to wait one more day. I then hired a different company to handle transporting the afore mentioned vehicle. I called to cancel my contract, sent them an email stating the same, then called back to ensure that this was taken care of, only for them to tell me that I was canceling a day before my contract was finished and they charged me $100.00 for their mistake. I personally am quite disgusted, and my bank is going to fight them on this issue. How would you feel if this were to happen to you?

This order was placed by Alan Martin and Amy Madigan, who agreed to the $100 charge. There is no Eliza connected to this order. Our Terms are available online at our website. The Terms were also sent to the customer for review and signature on 6/5. The order dates were 6/5/09 through 6/9/09. When Amy Madigan cancelled on 6/8 she was charged the $100 agreed to when our Terms were signed. Her statements here are as fictitious as the posting name she has used.
