Both Bob Crisp from Phoenix Auto Transport, who scheduled the transport, and Jose Garcia from National Auto Moving, Inc. were courteous and responsive to my concerns. This was one of the most reasonable quotes I received and I was nervous about the quality of the service, but both Crisp and Garcia far exceeded my expectations. Once the pickup was scheduled, Mr. Garcia arrived within a 1-hour window of the estimated time to pick the vehicle up, and within a half an hour of the estimated arrival time. The car was delivered almost exactly 6 days after it was picked up in good condition. Mr. Crisp gave me regular updates during the scheduling process, leaving my phone messages and emails, and when the first possible pickup wasn't feasible, soon thereafter scheduled the pickup with Mr. Garcia. I would highly recommend Phoenix Auto Transport, Mr. Crisp, Mr. Garcia and National Auto Moving, Inc. as a low cost, high quality service.
