I was impressed with the amount of positive feedback for 360 Transport, LLC that I didn't even bother with trying to acquire additional quotes. I was expecting a cost in the neighborhood of $1000, and their quote came in at $1025.
I placed my quote request on April 23rd and received both an email and a personal call from Pete within 10 minutes. Due to oversized tires and a suspension lift on the vehicle, Pete did request a total vehicle height to make sure he had the most adequate hauler on hand. Once I sent him the measurements and a picture of the vehicle for reference, Pete assured me everything was ok and the initial quote would remain valid.
I requested a pickup date of May 4th or later, and the vehicle was picked up on May 8th. The driver notified me 24hrs in advance of the pickup time and again 30 minutes before the pickup time. I was not present at the pickup point, but I did have pictures forwarded to me by my friend, and I was very pleased with how it left the pick up point.
The delivery was a mere 5 days later. Once again the driver kept in constant communication, and I met him at a drop off point at approximately 9 p.m. The drop off point was about 1 mile from my residence and since I was going to find myself having to drive two different cars home, one of the transport drivers offered to follow me home in the Jeep if I gave him a ride back.
The entire experience went as well or better than I could have expected, based on all the great feedback I read about 360 Transport. Pete and the drivers were very helpful, answered all my questions, and were in constant communication. In the event that I require vehicle transportation in the future, this will again be the only place I take my business.
