| Phoenix Auto Transport Offers Great Value, Excellent Service |
Phoenix Auto Transport Services is a superbly run organization, has a pleasant and well-infomed staff and overall a very nice company to work with.
I received several quotes to move a Volkswagen Jetta sedan from Salt Lake City to Kansas City. Of the many quotes I received, only one - Phoenix Transport, followed up with a very pleasant, low pressure phone call to answer any questions. All of my questions were addressed, the process was explained in detail and I placed the order. I rarely buy from the lowest priced vendor, but in this case, Phoenix was the low bid and there were no compromises in service that I could see when I evaluated their price relative to others. In short, Phoenix Auto Transport did everything they committed do and they did it well. All of my expectations were met, the car was picked up and delivered on time, things were well coordinated. Their service details and logistics were completely transparent ... we were given phone numbers of everyone involved, including the driver who was obviously well qualified and also pleasant. It was a breeze to work with them, especially since I was arranging a move from Utah to Kansas .... from New York City. I would work with them again and would recommend them. Ask for Wendy. She is professional, pleasant and gets the job done.
