| Totally Lack of Communication and Professionalism |
I researched a great deal to transport my vehicle from Atlanta, Georgia to Albuquerque, New Mexico. When it came to choosing a carrier, I finally decided on Enclosed Vehicle Transport since I felt they were the most professional and attentive (at least from my initial contact with Kevin at the office and from the website). They were more expensive than the rest, but I thought, "well, I'll get what I pay for," right? Especially, since I was paying for a 2008 BMW M3 to be transported to my home.
Unfortunately, my experience was quite the opposite. I have NEVER experience such horrible customer service as I did with Kevin at Enclosed Vehicle Transport - completely unprofessional and rude. Throughout the entire process I didn't get a phone call from him or his driver that my car had been picked up or that it was on its way. I was told it would be picked up on a Saturday at noon, but the driver didn't show up in Atlanta until 9:40pm! I had to apologize to a stranger, whom I purchased the vehicle from, that I was sorry their Saturday was preoccupied by an incompetent driver who kept relaying different times of pick up to them (I was never involved in the correspondence).
I was only informed that my car was picked up and safe by the person whom I bought the vehicle from. Aside from that, no correspondence whatsover. Not even to let me know that a contractor (DNA Transport) had picked up my vehicle and was going to be delivering it (this was never mentioned to me).
I finally get a call Tuesday, mid day, that my car will be delivered on Wednesday afternoon. Well, Wednesday rolled around, and my car was delivered at 12:15am that Thursday early morning.
The driver was terribly unfriendly and unprofessional (even if he was tired, a simple handshake or a hello would have been all that was expected).
Needless to say, I would NEVER recommend Enclosed Vehicle Transport to anyone.

David scheduled with me on Friday 4/24, his BMW was picked up on the scheduled day of Saturday 4/25 and was delivered in perfect condition and on time 4 days later on the estimated delivery dates of Wednesday 4/29 or Thursday 4/30.
I left 2 voicemails for David on 5/1 to discuss his transport as well as his review, as of 5/5 he has not returned either of my my calls.
