Friendly and prompt customer service. Car was picked up by a wrecking service, rather than the physical transport truck, a day after expected. Received a worriesome call from the driver saying he was on his way to pick up the car, days after the car had been pick up. Amy was great at calming my worries. Was told the car would arrive on Saturday. I never received a phone call. On Monday afternoon when I hadn't heard anything I talked to Amy and she assured me all was okay. On Monday night I received a call from the driver about delivery of my car the next day. The driver was professional, prompt, and made the pick up easy. There were no issues with the car. So all in all Specialty Mobile Systems offers a good service at a great price.
