The company was very easy to deal with. They responded to my emails promptly and I was constantly updated regarding my car. The drivers were very professional and I received my car on time when promised and the car was in excellent condition. I would definitely use this company again to transport other vehicles and would recommend them to others. I was shipping my car to Great Falls Montana which in transport is considered a "dead zone" as not many transporters pass this way. I was given several quotes from transport companys but they wanted to pick the car up 3 weeks before delivery etc. Also I was not given an estimated time. I was told the delivery time is not guaranteed as this area is not well travelled so the car could take anywhere from 10-20 days to arrive. Suncoast however was very specific as to when the car would be picked up according to when I needed it delivered. I was worried that perhaps the car might not arrive as scheduled but true to their word, the car was picked up on a friday and delivered to me 5 days later on wednesday as promised. Suncoast is a reliable company with very personable and professional associates. I would be happy to recommend them to my family and friends.
