PROS:

~Brandy was friendly. Honest about pick date and cost.

CONS:

~Vehicle took 16 days to arrive. Every imaginable excuse from weather to truck break downs. Anyway you look at it arriving at 11pm, leaving after midnight on the 17th day is too long.
~No one every keep me informed of my trucks location. When I asked for a date of location of my truck it was always a lie.
~my truck arrived with a very noticeable dent in the middle of my hood, a 2 inch scrap on one of my rims and scratches on my drivers door.
~all was done during the 2 plus weeks it took to deliver my truck. Best of all the driver forged the Bill of Laden with these new damage. The original Bill of Laden did not include these marks and he later added them my copy of the Bill of Laden. Cut and dry Forgery.
~1st Choice did nothing to help.
~shipping company, Diamond B would not return calls. It has now passed through to a third party insurance company.

I WOULD NEVER, NEVER, USE 1ST CHOICE SHIPPING.

This review is not fair to give to our company. We scheduled Mark's truck right away after he placed his order. The driver did get stuck in VERY bad weather, as did many trucks in Feburary deep in Montanta. As for the damage, is was marked on the bill of lading when the vehcile was picked up. We were prompt about getting over insurance infomation to Mark, as he said he still wanted to file a claim.
