| Mass to Florida & Back Again! |
I spoke to Peter, who was very helpful & knowledgeable, about a "Swap Move" for two of my vehicles from Mass. to Florida, then, Florida to Mass. He provided detailed insight of his industry and offered some suggestions on the most secure, reliable, and cost effective means, that I may approach this move. I had a certain agenda that needed to be followed and at no time did he try to persuade me into something other than what I desired. We agreed on $600 to move a Restored Classic Cadillac from Mass. down to Florida and $700 to "Swap Move" a Mini-van from Florida to Mass. Security, Time & Money was primary! Peter provided me with 24/7 contact information and constant reassurance that he and his associates would be on top things each step of the way through both moves. A day later, I received a call from Andrew, who explained in detail, the Auto Transportation company who he contracted for the moves, (Names, Numbers, Location, and History) the date and time frame for the moves, etc. Then and only after all details were discussed of my vehicles, the carrier, the move, and my satisfaction to what we discussed did he then speak of the financial portion of the contract. He also presented this in a very detailed manner and which I was comfortable and needed to provide "authorization at each of the necessary times" to continue forward. My Father in Florida was also contacted and given the exact same detailed information and any questions he had were answered. Soon after my conversation with Andrew, I received a call from Debbie at JR's Auto Transport Company. As well as my Father in Florida. As with both Peter and Andrew, Debbie was very professional, informative, and reassuring in providing details of her operation as well as 24/7 contact information with her company and the driver that would handle both of my vehicles. As I was informed, that Thursday, I received a call from the JR's Auto Transport driver Roy, as to his whereabouts and the time that he would be arriving that would work out for the both of us. Roy arrived on time and the car carrier was relatively new and very clean. Roy also was very professional and kind and took his time in loading and securing my vehicle. At anytime if I had a question or concern I was offered to "give him a call."
My Classic Cadillac arrived safely, secured and on time in Florida and as my Father said, "Still Very Clean." Roy then loaded up the mini-van and informed my father of his return trip schedule. That afternoon I received a call from Debbie at JR's Auto Transport with detailed information of the "return trip" of the mini-van and asked of my satisfaction with the Cadillac move. Several days later I received a call from the driver Roy and we discussed the arrival time of the vehicle here in Mass. Driver Roy worked things out with his schedule to have my vehicle here in Mass that would be most suitable with my schedule and cause no disruption. The mini-van arrived on time, ahead of the original schedule, and everything was safe and secured. A small section of outdoor rubber trim had come loose, due to the vehicle and not the trip, and Roy wasn't hesitant to make note of it on the bill of lading. Everything went very well with both moves and all parties involved. The people at Creative Rides and JR's Auto Transport were Extremely professional, kind, informative, reassuring and easy to work with! Peter at Creative Rides called the following morning after all had been successfully transported "back and forth" and "True to his word" he stayed on top of things and met my satisfaction in every area.
Without hesitation, I would recommend, Highly suggest, and use again, Creative Rides Transportation!
