Better experience than I expected

Review:

The price quoted was cheaper than any other quote I got so I was worried they would cut corners on quality of service. I chose Able Auto Transport because they have been in business longer than most other companies I got quotes for. I learned about how the motor carrier business works from other businesses who gave me a quote so I didn't need to ask too many questions about how Able Auto works. That said, they didn't do a terribly detailed job explaining what would happen to my car or how insurance works.

Pickup was one day late but I was told that would not affect my delivery date. They delivered one day early which made it difficult for me to meet the carrier since I was not ready yet, but I was already in town so I squeezed it in to meet the driver to pick up my car. The driver gave me a hard time about being one hour late even though I told him the day before that I would not be able to pick it up on the day he wanted (I did anyway so as far as I'm concerned I did him a favor).

Also I was told my car would be on the same truck door to door but it was delivered on a different truck than it was picked up. I didn't mind because there was no damage to my car.

To sum up, it was a cheap price for only minor inconveniences, and I got my car with no damage.
