I was fully assured that my Jeep would be picked up in the day "window" promised and delivered on time. It was only after I called Christina on the last pick-up day, which was the day I was moving, that Christina told me they had no driver. At that time she asked if I had someone else to keep the Jeep until a transporter could be found. Since it was so last minute, I did not, and had to leave the Jeep behind with the key hidden. A full 11 days later, someone picked up the Jeep on a Friday night and delivered it on Tuesday afternoon. I guess I should be satisfied that the Jeep made it here unharmed, but I am very disappointed in the lack of communication on Suncoast's part. I made the arrangements with Brook, but he seems to disappear once you sign the papers. After that, Christina is the only person you can talk to, but if you don't call her, don't count on hearing from her either. There was no follow-up from Suncoast once I finally received my Jeep. I guess they knew better, or did not care.
