| My first and only car transport |
I bought my dream project car on Ebay, a small Fiat roadster, and with no experience in transporting cars, I went online and contacted more than a dozen carriers. Able Auto Transport was priced at nearly the lowest, and I got very friendly service, and fast replies to my questions, so I decided to go with them. I had a unique situation where the seller was to be leaving town in less than a week, and we needed the pickup scheduled asap. Within two days, I was notified that the carrier had been assigned, and was given their name and phone number (Fuller was the name of the transport co). I never had to lift a finger to call. The night before the delivery, the driver called me, and gave me his location, and ETA for delivery. His name was Kevin, and he even called me again to tell me that he had been stopped for an inspection, and he might be a little later than planned! There was little delay at all, and he rolled up to the house on schedule. He was careful and appreciative of my vintage car, and seemed to really know what he was doing. I don't think I'll be buying any more cars online in the near future, but if I do, I would not bother to call anyone other than Able because of the reasonable cost and excellent friendly people that work there.
