Subject: Damage to vehicle.
Review:There was damage to the roof of the vehicle, like it had been "sanded" down to bare metal in the center. Repair claim process is ongoing. If the claim is handled to our satisfaction then I would recomend this Firm to others. The pricing was fair I'm just hoping it wasn't a "get what you pay for" type of situation.

We have initiated our damage claim process with this customer. Customer was sent a damage claim form on February 3rd and we are currently waiting for them to return it to our office. As part of the claims process, this customer will be returning to us two estimates to repair the alleged damage, pictures of the area(s) in question and a copy of the Bill of Lading Inspection Report showing the damage marked at the time of delivery and acknowledged by our driver's signature. We will update this listing as soon as more details become available.
