I sent out a request for quotes. The quotes ranged from $450 to $850. One quote i recieved was from A-Ace (Weshipcars.com). They were also listed in my local phone book. One of 2 companies. I did much investigation and found that many companies recieved a C or lower letter score with many many complaints. I checked the Better Business Bureau and found that most are not members of the BBB and many had very poor ratings on that web site as well. A-Ace had recieved an A- with only 1 negitive statement. Other companies had more then 50. Many reviews from the lower priced companies said that they were quoted a low price but the company could not deliver for the original price quoted. I felt it was worth the extra money for peace of mind. I spoke with Hank and he verified that the rate was $695. I decided to go ahead with the order and completed the order via a very easy website. After I completed the order I recieved an email from Hank stating that he got a lower quote for me and dropped the price by $45 to $650. I had already paid. He could have very easily just kept that money but he is a very honest person, it appears. This was on a Tuesday late afternoon. I was told that the car would be picked up by Friday. I told Hank I wanted it picked up ASAP. I recieved a call the very next AM from Daniel the driver saying he would be in salem and could pick up my car today. I explained my busy schedule and he worked in a pickup during the 30 minute window that I had available. He was friendly and professional and I felt confident leaving my car with him. That was 6:00 pm on Wednesday. The car was delivered to Los Angeles on Friday AM. The person recieving the car (my brother) has a very busy schedule also and Daniel was willing to make the delivery at 6:00 am. He went out of his way to accomadate the schedule on both ends. I cannot say enough good things about this experience and would recomend this company to anyone. Friendly, easy to communicate, honest, reasonably priced, quick, efficient, and willing to go the extra mile for customer service. Thank you A_Ace for making this a great experience.
