DEAR TY,
I JUST WANT TO COMPLEMENT YOU AND SHOWROOM TRANSPORT ON THE OVER EXPERANCE I HAD WITH THE DELIVERY OF MY AIR STREAM SPORT 17 TRAVEL TRAILER FROM NEW JERSY TO YUMA ARIZONA.
I WAS REFFERED TO SHOWROOM TRANSPORT BY PAT BOTTICELLI, OWNER OF COLONIAL AIRSTEAM IN LAKEWOOD NEW JERSY AFTER I PURSHASED MY 2008 TRAILER. I WENT TO THE WEB SITE OF SHOWROOM TRANSPORT AND I WAS QUICKLY CONTACTED BY A “LIVE PERSON” WHO GAVE ME A FAIR AND RESONABLE QUOTE TO TRANSPORT MY TRAILER ACROSS THE COUNTRY TO YUMA ARIZONA.
WHILE MY PAPER WORK WAS STILL BEING PROCESSED BY COLONIAL AIRSTREAM I WAS CONTACTED BY “JIM” THE DRIVER WHO WAS GOING TO ACTUALLY TRANSPORT MY TRAILER. JIM CALLED COLONIAL AIRSTREAM SEVERAL TIMES TO ENQUIRE THE STATUS OF MY PAPERWORK AND THE DATE THAT HE COULD PICKUP MY TRAILER. DURING THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE JIM CONTACTED ME TO ADVISE ME OF WHEN HE PICKED UP MY TRAILER, WHERE HE WAS AND WHEN HE WOULD BE DELIVERING THE TRAILER AT MY RESIDENCE.
THE MOST IMPORTANT THING AND WHY I AM WRITING THIS LETTER IS THAT JIM THE DRIVER OF SHOWROOM TRANSPORT MADE ME FEEL THAT MY TRAILER WAS SAFE AND IN GOOD HANDS. I WAS ANXIOUS BUT NOT IN A RUSH TO RECEIVE MY TRAILER, ALTHOUGH IT WAS DELIVERED A DAY EARLIER. JIM HAD ADVISED ME OF THE CURRENT WHETHER AND ROAD CONDITIONS THAT COULD POSSIBLE EFECT THE DELIVERY AND SAFETY OF MY NEW TRAILER. I WAS CONFIDENT THAT MY TRAILER WOULD BE DELIVERED TO ME SAFLY.
WHEN JIM DELIVERED MY TRAILER TO MY HOUSE HE CONTINUED HIS PROFESSALISM. HE TOOK HIS TIME TO INSPECT THE TRAILER AND GIVE ME SOME IMPORTANT SAFE TOWING ADVICE. JIM EVEN GAVE ME A NEW TOW HICK AND BALL THAT WOULD FIT MY NEW TRAILER (A $50.00 DOLLAR VALUE).
I DEFINATLY REFER PEOPLE AND BUSNESSES TO UTILIZE SHOWROOM TRANSPORT.
