Thank you Pete!
You and 360Transport really shows what good customer service and “going the extra mile is all about”.
When I got totally ditched by Transp***Servi*** (they never came to pick up my cars) you guys really saved me by getting everything setup and my two cars picked up in 3 days.

Here’s a how it went:
1/6/09 I call 360Transport and talks to Pete, whining about how I got totally ditched by Transp***Servi***. He tells me he’ll get the cars picked up in 2 or 3 days solving my problem. I being very skeptical (thanks to TS) say “I believe it when I see it!” Pete, being the cool guy says “well don’t pay us the deposit until the cars get picked up”.
1/9/09 to my surprise the cars get picked up without any issues after 3 days as promised. They’re taken away to be reloaded onto a bigger rig for the transport over to TX. I of course with the “tail between my legs” got back with Pete saying that the pickup went smooth and it’s time to pay the deposit.
1/13/09 I call to check on the cars and they’re heading to TX!
1/15/09 I call to check status and they let me know that the driver just got in to TX and that he’ll be delivering the cars the day after in the morning. That was faster than I had anticipated and I mention that I have a meeting in the morning. They tell me that they will talk to the driver to let him know.
1/16/09 The driver calls me in the morning to let me know that he’ll be delivering the cars early the day after instead. I guess he took it a bit easy when he found out that I couldn’t meet him this morning.
1/17/09 Saturday morning and the cars arrive after 8 days in perfect shape. The driver was very kind and helpful.

So to sum it up 360Transport was a joy to work with and I just wished I knew this earlier. That would have saved me a lot of time and money. I would use them again and I would recommend them to anyone that needs their car shipped.
360Transport might be a little more expensive than some of the competitors. But as always, you get what you pay for! And it was totally worth it.
