I used this Company to move my mercedes from Queen Creek, AZ to Baltimore, MD, I felt so confortable with Julia at the logistics depatment, this guys did an excellent job for me, and I think is just fair to post my coment here. This is my story: i put a request online, Julia called an hour after that, quick response! I loved it!. I explainned to her that i needed to have my car in MD by 12/15/08, she told me not to stress about and let her do her job. Two days later Jeff called me with the pickup and drop off schedules, very proactive! i loved it!. Then the driver called me to arrange an exact time for pickup, very nice, clean, young man, and did the same for the delivery. My car was a little dirty, but i guess that is normal. I've been recomending this co. to my co-workers, they are having good experiences so far. I just wanted to let people know, this guys have been PERFECT FOR ME.
Yo utilice a esta compania para mover mi mercedes de Queen Creek, AZ a Baltimore, MD, me han hecho sentir muy comoda especialmente con Julia, que me atendio siempre muy bien. Me parecio justo postear mi comentario aqui. Desde el principio me parecio que actuaban muy efecientemente. El primer contacto fue por un email que yo les envie pidiendo una cotizacion, en menos de una hora Julia se estaba comunicando con migo, Fabuloso! Me gusto la rapidez! A los dos dias, me llamaron con las fechas para levantarlo y me dieron tambien la fecha de entrega en MD, lo cual cumplieron con exactitud! Luego el driver estuvo en contacto directo conmigo, muy amable y educado. Estoy recomendando a esta compania a muchos de mis companieros de trabajo, y ellos tambien estan teniendo buenas experiencias. Solo queria hacer saber a la gente que Interstate me ha solucionado el transporte de mi carro y han hecho UN TRABAJO PERFECTO!!
