Review:Although there were problems with the pick up, customer service was great. My car arrived safely. I was disappointed with the breakdown in communication with the pick up, but communication during drop off was solid. It turns out that the pick up driver's car broke down. He failed to call me or the company to inform us of the situation. That was disappointing and a little stressful. Even so, I was able to make my flight on time. I left my keys and the car, trusting the company to pick up and deliver my car without my being there. They got the job done, proving that my trust was not misplaced. On the drop off communication was much better. The driver expected to be in a day earlier than he actually arrived. Weather conditions were pretty bad so that's completely understandable. He was great about keeping me informed. I think these guys are genuine, trustworthy, caring and capable. Might not be "perfect" but they do their best to do a great job. They shipped my car once before and they were perfect. I think they are pretty awesome!
