Other than the fact the driver (not the company) was not able to help me put the car in the right direction on the street, and I am in a wheelchair, everything else was great, Jay was very helpful, and helped me move my car.
Again, my only problem would have been with the driver, who I asked to put the car the right way, but he refused, since he had pulled up the wrong way on the street. I am in a wheelchair, and therefore, I had to have some family members help me move it, but now it's parked the right way, and I do not run the risk of getting a ticket anymore.
