We were told one price and charged another when the car was delivered. They took our deposit and then the COD amount was almost the same as the quote. Andy was very rude and defensive. We were promised $250 in gas certificates and were given $125. The trucking company was very nice and honest and delivered the car with no damage. The problem is the broker, Advance Logistics. They make promises they cannot keep. They give you a low quote and then get you on the COD, which the trucking company cannot do anything about because they agree with Advance Logistics on how much they will charge. DO NOT USE THEM.

We were out of the gas redemption certificates, and the customer was told this, subsequently the additional $125.00 certificate was mailed to the customer.
