DO NOT USE RED CARPET TRANSPORT

Review:

I hired Red Carpet Transport after seeing the 5 star reviews. Very misleading I would have to say. The driver that they sent was some guy who was barefoot, dirty, and did not speak english. He rolled my Jeep off of the trailer and I found out he had left the key inside the ignition and the battery was stone DEAD. He left me stranded at a Exxon station (pick up location). He also never had me sign a release. Red Carpet said they would get me 10% off for my inconvience (cost of battery charger)......never received a check or phone call. I must have called and emailed 5 times and ignored. I give them a ZERO star. They talk a good talk over the phone, but they do not deliver.
