What a joke

Move on Time quoted me one price then the night before pick up bumped it by 100.00. When i mentioned that the quote said no hidden fees they answered me that was the truck driver that wanted more money and most companies do the same. At pick up time they damaged my vehicle and then at delivery time they damaged even more.NOW I,M GETTING THE RUNNINGING ARROUND FROM THE INSURANCE COMPANY.Move on Time avoided my phone calls once they knew that we had a problem, only responded when i sent a email telling them i was going to contact my attorney. The problem still not solved and is now going to be handled by attorneys.WON,T RECOMEND IN A MILLION YEARS.

Its unfortunate that once the carrier delivered the car the damages were done, so we got in contact with the customer and carrier and resolved the matter. Also the carrier wanted to take care of the damages which was a bumper estimated at $300.00, the customer insisted the bumper is 7,000 the bumper is coming from overseas even so total cost would be around 1300 including the shipping, 7,000 no bumper costs that much
