I was looking to bring my car from WA to FL and I wanted to do it as soon as possible.
When I went online and got the quote I was surprised since the previous quotes from other companies were about $300-$400 more, I was even thinking about selling my car. I contacted the office and talked with the customer service lady who was very intelligent and well informed. She was a pleasure to work with since she got back to me in time and was always willing to answer any of my questions and ease any of my worries. However, the truck driver was somewhat rude and demanded cash only when I knew I could pay with a cashier's check or money order, but he did arrive on time. My car was extremly dirty and for some reason one of my windshield wipers does not work so I don't know if it has anything to do with the trasport. I was also allowed to bring some light weight belongings in the trunk and back seat not the front seats.
Overall I was very happy with the service, it was only a few things away from perfect
