| Transport car from Kentucky to Idaho |
I went Express AutoTtransport to get my Car moved from southern Kentucky ,and delivered to the northern Border in Idaho .
Well the car just sat for an entire month and never moved . I was offered a reasonable quote,and I didn't mind paying more ,as it seemed they were having issues getting it picked up ,and throwing more money at it may have helped accordong to them .
I gave it a forth week and gave up on them altogether .
I have to say communication with this company is not great ,although in Ryan's defence,he did phone me a few times .
I was not aware that this company was no more than a broker.
I would not have gone with them had I known that fact . I really prefered to have my car transported with a company that actually has there own trucks .
Look's like I am out a 300 dollar deposit ,as I left a message with them to cancel ,but I doubt I will ever see my money .
I thought I read in there contract that if the vehicle is not picked up in 15 day's ,you could get your deposit back?

| Express Auto Transport regrets the difficulty Rick experienced in having his vehicle transported from Kentucky to Idaho. However, some of the information he has posted is not correct. Express Auto Transport is not a broker. We have a fleet of trucks, we simply did not have a truck that was running this particular route and as a result had to rely on our network of trusted carriers for this particular transport. Also, we feel that it is important to point out that Rick did receive a full refund of his deposit. In addition, Express Auto Transport did not keep any of the additional money added to Rick's order. This money was given directly to the carrier in an attempt to get Ricks vehicle transported as quickly as possible. |
