My car was suppose to be picked up in between August 20-22, 2008. Well, today is September 22, 2008 and still no car. I paid a deposit of $200 on August 15, 2008 and was assured that my car would be picked up during the three day time frame. Not only have I not received my car yet, but I am out of $200 and I can not ever get anyone on the phone in person. Everytime I leave a message, I get no feedback, and when I do talk to someone they say that my car is top priority and someone will get back with me in 30 minutes. This doesn't happen either. I was very patient with this company in the beginning, but I would say that may patience has definitely diminished. Today (September 22, 2008) I called the company and I finally got someone when I dialed the quotes extension (how ironic, huh!) and he immediately transfered me to someone, which sounded like the same woman that I have talked to everytime I have actually been able to get in touch with someone. Long story short, I was very agitated and said a couple of choice words and before I knew it she had hung the phone up on me. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE! I thought I was getting a deal since this was the lowest quote I received, but actually I was just getting scammed and I would have been better off paying the higher quotes on actual RELIABLE movers than getting cheated by this company.
I STRONGLY ADVISE ANYONE TO GO WITH A DIFFERENT COMPANY!!!
