First of all, this is a broker, they don't have their own trucks, but rather they find you trucking companies to ship your car so you don't have to do the work. Now that's out of the way, let me get on with the review.
Ellen was really friendly through out the process, and when she's not there, Richard is there to answer all the questions. I haven't had a chance to leave a message or ask to be called back, because every tme I call, they are right there.
They found me a transporter almost right away, and the cost was reasonable. The car was picked up and delivered as promised with no problem at all.
I will definitely use their service again, and will recomment it to everyone~
