The move did not go well at all, it took several phone calls and I even asked to cancel my contract with the company because it was taking so very long to get my car shipped out. I put in a request on July 17, 2008 to have my vehicle shipped and I didn't receive my vehicle until August 14, and on top of that I had to pay an additional $175.00, just so the company would deliver it at all, plus the cost of rental car because I didn't have any transportation. I am in the military and this was a relocation shipment for me. I was initially told it would take 4-5 days, it ended up taking almost a month. This is totally unacceptable, I feel if your company knew there was a problem getting cars in and out, they should have let me know prior to placing the order, and then I could have made the decision of choosing to ship my vehicle with them or not. I would never recommend this company, and as a matter of fact I have already submitted a complaint to the BBB!
