I needed to transport my daugheter's car from Roswell, GA to Cambridge, MA where she attends college. I used Magic Carpet because of their great reviews. They were very responsive and do not charge an upfront deposit until the car is picked up. I must say that I was not totally satisfied. I kept getting different delivery dates and couldn’t get the car transporter to call me back nor could I reach anyone at Magic Carpet to give me an exact date/time for delivery. When I finally did hear from someone, I was told my daughter’s car would be delivered on Sat. between 8-9pm. The car not only did not arrive then but no one called us or returned any calls to tell us when the car would be delivered. The car was finally delivered on Sun. but my daughter waited all Sat. night for the car to be delivered. I left a message for Magic Carpet and still haven’t heard back from them. When the car was delivered the driver spoke little or no english. The good news is that the car did arrive, there was no damage and the things we put in the trunk were still there. Nonetheless for the amount of money I paid, I expected better service.
