Review:

I had my pickup truck transported from Orange County, CA to Albuquerque, NM. I was a little worried since I had never shipped a vehicle before. I called GT Auto and they set up a carrier for me. When I called the carrier a few days before to arrange the pick-up, they informed me that they were getting a new delivery truck and could not deliver my truck to Albuquerque during the days I had requested. The carrier should have called and notified me or GT Auto once they knew. But they didn't, I had to call them (the carrier). Since I was out of options, they picked up my truck anyway in hopes that another carrier could complete the delivery. I was a little stressed and called Amy at GT Auto and left her a message and email to see if she could arrange another carrier. She returned my call and arranged another carrier to complete the delivery. The carrier was on time and I had direct communication with the driver which made the pick-up extremely smooth and easy. My truck arrived a little dirty due to a few t-storms but other than that it was in good condition and on time.

Besides the mix-up with the first carrier, Amy at GT Auto was extremely helpful in coordinating the transport. I would use them again.
