When we first set up the date to get our truck picked up ('99 Chevy Silverado 1500 Shortbed), the driver called and said he would be there on Sunday. We didn't get a call until 8:30 at night telling us he would be there the next day at around 10 or 11 in the morning, which was fine. He called the next day at noon to say he could be there sometime within the next three hours. He called at 2:45 to ask for directions when we had already given them to him at least twice! He said his GPS was broken, so we gave him the number to the apartment complex to get directions (we're not too familiar with the area he was coming from). Finally he showed up at 3:30 and loaded the truck no problem. Everything was great after that and the drop off was no problem either. We got our truck faster than we thought (VA to AZ in about 8 days) and everything was great! The only problem was the pick-up, but other than that we were pleased with the service. The company also called and kept in contact the entire time to make sure everything was okay and that we were happy with the service. We would definitely recommend them, just make sure they know how to get to your home and double check which day they are coming!
